MMA training, sparring, and fitness activities involve inherent physical risks, including injury.
By participating in any Marquez MMA activity, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with training.

  • You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition and capability.

  • You will notify instructors of any injuries, limitations, or medical concerns.

3. Health & Safety

  • Members must not attend classes if sick, injured, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Protective gear may be required for specific drills, sparring, or activities.

  • Marquez MMA staff may remove any participant from training if they believe safety is compromised.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments, memberships, or fees are handled in person or through an external platform, not through this website.

  • Pricing, membership options, and cancellation policies are provided at the gym or via official communication channels.

  • The gym reserves the right to adjust pricing or membership terms with reasonable notice.

5. Class Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Class times, instructors, and programming may change without prior notice.

  • The Gym may cancel or reschedule classes for holidays, weather conditions, emergencies, or operational needs.

  • We are not liable for disruptions outside our control.

6. Personal Belongings

Marquez MMA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
We encourage members to secure valuables and label personal items.

7. Media Release (Photos & Video)

  • The Gym may record photos or videos during classes or events for marketing or promotional use.

  • You may opt out at any time by notifying staff in writing.

  • We will not knowingly feature minors without parent/guardian consent.

8. Code of Conduct

All members agree to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with respect

  • Maintain proper hygiene and wear appropriate training attire

  • Refrain from abusive language, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior

  • Use equipment responsibly

Violation of this code may result in suspension or termination of membership.

9. Website Use

By using the Marquez MMA website, you agree not to:
